How did I get to this point?
SHORT STORY
I’ve wanted to create a website for myself for a long time, but I still couldn’t get around to it… and I didn’t really think about what specifically valuable things from my life I could share with people.
But suddenly, there was time to think about the content and choose hosting and a convenient platform.
At the time of the creation of the site, it was the beginning of 2020, and my family and I, like the whole world, are sitting in self-isolation during the global crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, but as they say: “every cloud has a silver lining”.
CAREER
In 2012, I started my career in the IT field as a QA Automation engineer (in simple terms, an autotester). You can better find out which companies I worked for and who I worked for on my LinkedIn profile. Here, I would like to write that in many companies where I worked, circumstances were such that they tried not to hire automation engineers but to train guys who were already working in other positions (usually QA engineers or, in simple terms, testers) and want to develop in this direction.
This process was most often entrusted to me. It just so happened that the course usually differed depending on the requirements for the project, the time allocated, and the level of the students. Of course, when preparing for the training course, I had to sift through a bunch of materials to convey the information to the guys clearly and concisely, and now I want to present this knowledge and experience on this site.
Additional experience
After five years in IT, I thought about how to increase money and, as a result, for two years, I studied, created, and developed a trading business according to the well-known scheme: “Bring goods from China cheaper and sell them in our country at a higher price.” During this time, I met many interesting people, tried myself in a new niche, and, most importantly, I could look at the business from the customer’s side, not the performer or consumer. The experience was exciting, and I also have something to share with you.

Since 2019, I have discovered the world of INVESTMENTS and FINANCE. Today, I am a practicing investor in stocks of companies from all over the world.
